Kahala Spec Build

This spec build worked closely with the developer and contractor to create a home that exudes luxury while allowing space for the new homeowner to play with what makes it their own. With a mixture of lighter and medium toned woods, the neutral base easily allows for a lighter palette, a darker palette, or even a pop of color if the homeowner so chooses.

Oriented towards a beautifully landscaped pool and yard, this home creates its own views while being situated in a densely residential neighborhood. With 4 bedrooms + an ADU, this spec build has space for whatever functions best suit its new family. All bedrooms function as a suite with their own walk-in closets and bathrooms but can easily serve as an office, home gym, or family hangout. The goal of this project was to allow for flexibility in use while serving high end aesthetics as a foundation.
